We offer a "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on all Z-fire jewelry purchased at www.z-fire.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return it.
Returns & Refund Policies

For a refund, we only accept Z-fire jewelry with the original tags attached. Custom Made, Personalized, and Made-to-Order items are non-refundable. Please see details below.

The merchandise must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

There is a restocking fee of $20 per item.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Custom Made Products
Please note that because we sell custom-made products, we are not obliged by law to offer a refund. However, because we want 100% satisfied customers, we do offer you the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"!
Personalized & Made To Order Items
Personalized and made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.
How To Return Your Item

IMPORTANT! Email us at info@z-fire.com for a Return Authorization Number.

Please do not send your jewelry back without your Return Authorization Number.

Proof of payment must accompany the return.

Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Packages “refused,” “returned to sender” or sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us or for any duty fees necessary to retrieve a package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When returning the product, describe the item as a "repair" and declare the amount equal to $0. It will avoid customs charges.
