We offer a "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on all Z-fire jewelry purchased at www.z-fire.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return it.

Returns & Refund Policies

  • For a refund, we only accept Z-fire jewelry with the original tags attached. Custom Made, Personalized, and Made-to-Order items are non-refundable.  Please see details below.

  • The merchandise must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

  • There is a restocking fee of $20 per item.

  • Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Custom Made Products

Please note that because we sell custom-made products, we are not obliged by law to offer a refund. However, because we want 100% satisfied customers, we do offer you the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"!

Personalized & Made To Order Items

Personalized and made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.

How To Return Your Item

  • IMPORTANT! Email us at info@z-fire.com for a Return Authorization Number.

  • Please do not send your jewelry back without your Return Authorization Number.

  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.

  • Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender. 

  • Packages “refused,” “returned to sender” or sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us or for any duty fees necessary to retrieve a package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • When returning the product, describe the item as a "repair" and declare the amount equal to $0. It will avoid customs charges.

Processing Your Return

Once we have received your item, please allow another seven days for your return to be processed.
